A Happy Accident
When fudge became caramel—and turned into something magical.
It all started with a batch of fudge that went completely off track. We quadrupled the recipe, lost track of time, and ended up with something entirely unexpected: a rich, buttery, wonderfully chewy caramel.
Instead of throwing it away, we embraced the mistake. We cut it into bars, coated each one in rich dark milk chocolate, and finished it with a sprinkle of flaky sea salt.
Boom. A new favourite was born.
The creamy caramel meets crisp chocolate in a perfect harmony of sweetness, saltiness, and deep cocoa flavour. An accidental creation that has since become one of our most sought-after treats.
